Welcome Teachers!
The Teacher Center has tremendous resources for you and your students. We offer:
A library of videos, DVDs, and books on the latest approaches and research in education as well as educational videos for classroom use. On site equipment that may be used includes: button makers, poster makers and laminators.
GRANTS
MESTRACT provides Terri
Peters Mini Grants and Technology
Grants. These grants provide financial support for innovative
ideas in education. They are competitive grants and must be postmarked
by October 30th of the school year for which they will be used. Grant
amounts have been increased for the 2006-2007 school year to a maximum
of $1,500. New application forms will be available in late summer.
Funds specifically for parents and Parent Teacher Organizations (PTO). These funds may support student activities in collaboration with parents and/or community organizations. If you and a parent wish to apply for these funds please review the guidelines and contact your Building Ambassador. You can find your building's representative by clicking here.
