New Teacher/Teacher Assistant Series – Summer 2026
June 23, 2026Designed for K–12 educators, the course offers practical tools for teaching:
- Food systems
- Traditional Ecological Knowledge (indigenous knowledge)
- Waste-to-resource solutions
Teachers will leave with a curriculum unit tailored to their context, grade level and subject area.
When: July 20th – August 28th. Educators can choose between a 6-week pace or an intensive format.
Info session: July 9th (Thursday) at 1pm EST / 10am PST (it will be recorded, register to receive the recording)
- Course fee: $350. Includes (optional) Zoom sessions
- This training provides 30 CTLE hours for NYS teachers.
